Dr. Mohseni completed his bachelor's degree program in French language and literature in 2006 at Shahid Chamran University in Ahvaz. After receiving his master's degree in the newly established field of French translation, summa cum laude at Shahid Beheshti University in Tehran, a scholarship was granted to him from the French government to study in a PhD program. His doctoral dissertation is entitled "Acceptance of Hafez's Poetry in France: A Critique of the First Complete Translation of Hafez's Divan into French" at the Institut National des Langues et Civilisations Orientales (INALCO). His favorite research topics are "Translation Theories", "Translation Criticism", "Poetry Translation" and "Teaching Translation ".
