Dr. Nazri Doost is an assistant professor of French language and literature at Shahid Chamran University in Ahvaz. He completed his bachelor's degree in French translation at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, his master's degree in French literature at the University of Tehran, and another master's degree in modern and comparative literature at the University of Limoges in France. He holds a PhD in Linguistics and Text Studies from the University of Grenoble III, France. His research is mainly on the analysis of literary texts through structuralist and psychoanalytic approaches. He teaches nineteenth-century French literature, stylistics, interpretation and analysis of literary texts, literary criticism at the undergraduate, graduate and doctoral levels at Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz.
